Lee is absolutely amazing! I was looking for a house for my parents who are senior citizens and it was a lot for me to handle. My parents reached out to Lee and he was amazing from the very beginning. Not only was he patient with their many requests, but when my parents finally decided on a house, he also negotiated all the house repairs and got the seller to provide funds for other house repairs as well. Wow! Lee Alvarez is the best realtor we have ever worked with having experienced 10 previous home purchase/ sale transactions over many decades. I have never met even a friend, much less realtor, so willing to jump in and get his hands dirty. Lee coordinated cost efficient contractors and workers to do all kinds of things to get the house ready, including painting, plumbing, foundation repairs, landscaping & lawn maintenance, etc. Lee put on his gloves and personally helped us move boxes to storage, pressure wash and even paint the metal lamp post in the front yard and front door. My wife who was very engaged in the process says that we could not have accomplished this without him. On top of all that, Lee is very kindhearted, respectful, easy to work with, a man of integrity and very knowledgeable about and active in the Irving market.
